Supporting water reclamation systems for semiconductor and chip manufacturers, from project approval through delivery. Still early in the role, learning procurement, cross-team alignment, and build packages ahead of commissioning.

Continuous Improvement Engineer

Mapped business processes and built tools that cut assembly delays by 25% and caught an estimated $27K in billing errors. Automated export compliance paperwork, saving 8+ hours a week.

Methane pyrolysis for turquoise hydrogen production using molten metal in a bubble column reactor. Led process synthesis, equipment sizing, PFD/P&ID design, and techno-economic analysis.

Designed a predictive feedforward cascade control system for heat exchanger temperature regulation: P&ID, Simulink models, tuned controllers.
